2. How do I place a custom order?

3. Do you accept bulk or business orders?

Absolutely! We offer bulk embroidery services for uniforms, business logos, team wear, and more. Discounts may apply for larger orders—just get in touch for a quote.


4. How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, with UK standard shipping taking 2–5 business days. International orders may take 5–15 business days, depending on your location.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to various countries worldwide! International shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on your location and shipping method.

We only accept returns for items that are faulty, damaged, or if we’ve made a mistake with your order. Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-made items unless they are defective.

7. How should I care for my embroidered item?

To keep your embroidered items looking their best:

  • Turn inside out before washing

  • Use cold water and a gentle cycle

  • Avoid bleach and harsh detergents

  • Hang dry or tumble dry on low heat

  • Avoid ironing directly on the embroidery


8. Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately at contactinspodesignz@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before your order enters production.


9. Will I receive a proof or preview of my design?

For custom or bulk orders, yes—we can provide a digital mock-up before we begin stitching, upon request. This ensures you’re happy with the design before production.

We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options available through our Shopify checkout.
